The Cardiology Associates Foundation Heart and Sole 5k run and walk and Corporate walk will start at Cardiology Associates at 201 E. Oak in Jonesboro, AR.
As an event in the Ridge Rider Athletic Club’s Running & Walking Series; Series Points and participation credit will be awarded to all participants.
Please note, if you register as a corporate team member, you must follow the corporate team prize structure to be eligible for a shirt. Corporate team members entry fee will go toward your team's total funds raised and your prize eligibility.
The USATF certified 5k course is mostly a flat mix of city streets and downtown neighborhoods. There will be two water stations at the mile 1 and mile 2 splits. The course will be marked and supervised with volunteers. There will also be Jonesboro police support throughout the course.
Online registration is available at www.racesonline.com or you can follow the direct link on the left. Preregistration cost is $25.00.
Fee increases to $30.00 online and $35.00 for mail in entry on ten days before race date. T-Shirts are only guaranteed to those participants registered ten days before race day. We will order additional t-shirts, however those that register after the the fee increase will receive shirts on a first come first served basis until they are gone.
Friday before race registration and early packet pick up will be at Cardiology Associates, 201 East Oak, from 4 till 7 pm.
Race morning - Half marathon pickup and registration will be 6:45 till 7:45 at Cardiology Associates 201 East Oak
Race morning 5k pickup will be 6:45 till 8:45 at Cardiology Associates 201 East Oak.
IF you are unable to attend the race, please make arrangements to have someone pick up your packet for you. There are no refunds given if you cannot run.
During the race and after the race, enjoy live music with a band and catered brunch will be free for all participants at the start/finish. Family and friends may purchase a meal ticket for $5.00 on the day of the event.
Proceeds go to Cardiology Associates Foundation and are ear-marked for health screenings and heart disease risk assessment throughout Northeast Arkansas for the general public and high school athletes.
This will be a Champion Chip timed race. You are responsible to return the chip assigned to you to the volunteers at the finish line.
