The 2^nd Annual Road to Renewal 5K Run/Walk Info

 The 2^nd Annual Road to Renewal 5K Run & Walk will start and finish at the Paragould Community Center on Highway 49 North in Paragould Arkansas. The Community center is about 12 miles north of Jonesboro.

 This is the 7^th event of 11 in the 2010 Ridge Rider Athletic Club’s Running & Walking Series.  Series Points will be awarded to all participants.

 Online registration is available at www.racesonine.com or you can follow the direct link on the left.  Pre-registration cost is $15.00 online and $20.00 for mail in entry.

Fee increases to $20.00 online and $25.00 for mail in entry on August 10, 2010.   Each participant that pre-registers online is guaranteed a T-shirt and race goody bag.  

Packet Pickup and day of registration will be from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM at the ball fields on the back side of the community center park. Day of registration will cost $20.00 and you are NOT guaranteed a race shirt or race packet.

 The Road to Renewal 5K Run &Walk will start promptly at 8:00 AM
Runner, Walkers and walking teams are encouraged to pre-register and arrive early for packet and chip pickup.

 The course starts with a challenging ½ mile climb on Crowley’s Ridge and has some flat and rolling hill throughout with a good 500 meter downhill finish back to the community center. There will be two water stations at the 1 & 2 mile splits. The course will be marked and supervised with volunteers.  There will also be Paragould Fire and Rescue personal support throughout the course. 

Proceeds go to the AGAPE House in Paragould.

 This will be a ChampionChip timed race.  You are responsible to return the Chip assigned to you. Please make sure to turn in your chip to the volunteers at the finish line.
