Monday, Wednesday, & Friday I swim at the Trim Gym in the winter located at 1916 Race Street. I swim at the Y.M.C.A. in the summer located at 1814 West Nettleton Ave. I swim at 4:30 pm after work. Sometimes it is a little later or earlier depending on if I get off work on time. I usually swim around 1500 to 2500 yards all depending on what my plan is for that particular day. Contact rrac@suddenlink.net Tuesday & Thursday On Tuesdays and Thursdays I get off work earlier (HOPEFULLY) and swim at 4:15 pm. I usually swim only 1500 yards so I can go and meet the club for a bike ride! Weekend Swims! I usually swim in a lake at a really good triathlon on Saturdays! Okay not in the winter, only in the summer. I do often swim at the "Y" on Saturday as well, time varies so email me and we'll get together if you want. I will do private Saturday lesson if you need or want help. As long as it does not conflict with a Club ride or run or my racing!
